Annual Sustainable Ballard Festival returns September 24th!

Eclectic, artsy, earthy and committed to a better future… that’s Sustainable Ballard and the Annual Sustainable Ballard Festival. Join your Ballard neighbors from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 24th at Loyal Heights Community Center for a day filled with creativity, passion and community-building while
learning about daily practices and big GREEN STEPS toward more sustainable living.

Family-friendly, fun, FREE, and full of surprises! Visit local sustainable businesses and non-profits, catch some local buskers, enjoy refreshments from local food vendors. This year will be a mini-festival compared with previous years, but just as much fun. Enter to win prizes, learn new ways to lower your carbon footprint, build a birdhouse, help us make fresh cider! The Sustainable Ballard Festival is a fantastically fun opportunity to learn together, get inspired, and discover new ways to live more lightly on the earth.
