This year we are teaming up with Freecyle Seattle to give you an opportunity to release some possessions and acquire great gifts (or gift-making materials) for the holiday season.

You'll be able to bring your useful items to re-gift them to someone in need; and you can also come to find something you could use or re-gift. Items should be in good condition, useful, and something the average 12 year old could carry (nothing too bulky, that is). Due to limited space, at this first event we will be limiting what you bring and what you take to 5 items. Please arrive early so that everyone gets to choose from a good variety. Those who stick around will get a chance to add additional items to their takeaway. Leftover items may be donated to the Lifelong AIDS Alliance. Representatives of Sustainable Ballard and Freecycle Seattle will be on hand to answer your questions, and light refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring some holiday treats to share.

Come meet your neighbors and help keep the good stuff out of the landfill!
