- Promote self-governance solutions rooted in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Provide a compassionate response to those in need.

Join your friends, families, neighbors and fellow citizens who are also committed to inspiring public awareness, entrepreneurship and political action to promote liberty, justice and equal opportunity for everyone.
For the past 12 years we have gathered on New Year's Eve day to reflect upon the year that's passed and to prepare for the year ahead. After the community dialogue we take a Peace walk around Green Lake.
It was at this session 2 years ago that we introduced the idea of Seattle being the first city in the world to affirm the Charter for Compassion; there are now 70 cities around the world that are in this process. You can learn more here.
This year will be unlike any other. The awakening and rising of the Occupy Movement has literally changed everything. We are inspired by this awakening and are interested in strengthening its growth.
This event is an open community dialogue focused on co-creating our plans for Occupation 2012. Please come and share your plans for direct actions, activities, and events. If you have ideas that you want to share and formulate into plans, this is an ideal place to make that happen. This is a chance to reach out to the community at large and to gain more support for the work happening locally and globally.
The Interfaith Community Church is the oldest operating church in King County and if you've never been there you are in for a treat. Many Occupiers know Jamal Rahman and his participation through the Occupy Sanctuary. This is his home church. Pasted below are the details about the event and attached is a flyer.
Like Occupy This Moment, which took place December 10th, this event is being organized by an unsanctioned, leaderless group of individuals acting as concerned citizens interested in strengthening the common good. If you have any questions please contact Jon Ramer 206 972-7356.
