Join us in knitting community and warmers for the homeless members of our community.
Learn to knit or join other expert knitters. Bring #10 knitting needles (we've got plenty of donated yarn!).

Ballard Prepares
Sustainable Ballard is a member of the Ballard Prepares emergency preparedness planning group. We are currently creating a training program and solidifying local "hubs" - outdoor locations for neighbors to gather, assess and manage emergent situations.
Ballard Community Task Force on Homelessness and Hunger
Sustainable Ballard is a member of this community task force along with representatives of other Ballard churches, organizations, advocates and concerned residents. The meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
